Delivery Policy

Delivery (for big ticket items under Major Appliances category only)

We’ll contact you the day prior to delivery to confirm your details and give you an estimated delivery time. On the delivery day itself, the driver will contact you one hour before arrival to confirm that you will be at home to receive your order.

Please note that at this time, we can only deliver to locations in Klang Valley, Penang & Johor Bahru. The delivery charges for delivery to locations in Penang and Johor Bahru are RM 300 per unit of refrigerator or wine cabinet.

Delivery (for delivery via courier for Small Appliances)

We deliver to your home or office via EasyParcel, which allows you to check courier charges from different courier companies before selecting your preferred courier. Products are dispatched from our distribution centre in Klang Valley. Delivery normally takes between one (1) to five (5) working days. Delivery is only possible on Mondays to Fridays (except Malaysian Public Holidays).

The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. The delivery costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during Checkout and will added to your final costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each. Deliveries cannot be made to certain rural areas. We also do not deliver to P.O.Boxes.

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. If you are unable to receive delivery of your items in person or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period, please contact us for further instructions.

Self-Collect In Our Showrooms

Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you’re required to supply a copy of your order, NRIC and credit card used to make the purchase for verification purpose.

Reminder:

Please select the right options on the Check Out page, when you place an order. There are three (3) options as follows:

(a) Easy Parcel Courier – small appliances

(b) Self- Collect

(c) Big ticket items – large item such as refrigerator

For big ticket items selection, it will only shows when you have added big items into the cart. At this moment there is no option to choose two delivery methods on a single order.
